In the Tyson Wells Sell-a-Rama I was two spaces down from a guy who was selling rings and had forty feet of space. Four canopies across pack mostly with cases of rings on tables.
He had an elaborate setup of security cameras around his booth. He had at least 4 cameras set up near the top part of his canopies pointing down at his entire jewelry collection. He had a monitor on a table and some sort of recording setup where he recorded each of the camera's.
One day an older lady came to his booth and took one of his rings and left. He then took a look at the 'replay' and was able to confirm the theft. He went over to the next aisle and brought the lady back and showed her the videotape of her taking the ring. B-U-S-T-E-D. I guess it was valued at around $30. He gave her the option of returning the ring or he would call the police. She took it out of her pocket and gave it to him and she then left.
This guy had his 40-foot motor home parked in back of his 4-10 foot spaces.

He does have a good set up! Theft is so hgh with jewelry vendors something had to be done! Is this the same one that I've seen that EVERYONE behind the counter are packing guns? That is a good visual consideration for would be theives!
