Lookng over the contract for the South Dakota Fair and there are ~3~ kinds of insurance THEY want. Liability, workers Comp, and Business liability insurance. Since I am not bringing in a trailer and selling, why would I have to have a business auto liability insurance? This is crazy!

I have never had to show proof of auto insurance for a craft show. I have had to show it on a military base but never a craft show......

Ok, so if I am reading this right, maybe they are just wanting to see that my vehicle is insured? I've never heard it called "Business Automobile Liability Insurance", but if all they want to see is that I am covered, I can certainly do that. I will be calling them tomorrow to know exactly.

I called and asked, and the lady in charge of vendor services just groaned at the way it had been written, and said, "do you have the liability insurance for the space? I said "Yes" she said, Fine, just send it in. That's all I really need.. OK then... shrug!!!
