suktexas. I can't recall if you said that you did the Arizona Marketplace in Yuma. I guess you can rent by the day, week, month, year, lifetime, etc. When I was in Tyson, there was somebody passing out flyers to the vendors. Retirees, Mexicans, tourists(?), etc. People said that it wasn't very good. They advertise that they have more than 1000 spaces and I can't picture very many vendor's making any money there. I can imagine load of $0 days there for people. I heard that they were offering 'timeshares' (selling spaces) for $10,000 and I laughed. Ridiculous. Don't know. If things were better, I'd take my motor home and stick around there for a few weeks in February, but it is pretty much impossible for me to do it. If you could pull in at least $200 every day, it might be okay, but $20 is more realistic. www.azmarketplace.com/Vendors_Information.html

arizona market place is a market that are not too good for expensive arts & crafts, may be real gold or silver handmade jewelry. depend what the snow birds like, some vendors do make out good. but not all. it is more for mass merchandises. this year no body know what will the market be as the owner of the market file bankruptcy already and cannot afford to pay his mortgage. that is why he need to offer time share. it is risky to buy time share from a bankruptcy man? suktexas.
