I obviously can't post the whole chapter here but here is a snap shot.
Relatives are no different then a stranger when it comes to theft, and in fact maybe more dangerous.
I supplied all my workers with a uniform of sorts, running pants and shirts with no pockets.
I used high neck shirts to prevent bra stuffing, and made the legs short enough to stay above the socks, to prevent sock stuffing.
Summer time was shorts time. Shirts tucked in always. In the food joint, I used aprons large enough to wrap around to cover all potential hiding areas. One person and one person only. ever touches the money or cash drawer.
sorry to sound like a pessimist, but these lessons cost me thousands.
