I know this is a shot in the dark, BUT.... Have any of you heard of, or ever done the Bloomington Gold Corvette show in Bloomington Ill? It is the second largest in the Nation. Held at the end of June. We just inquired, and was accepted for it, thanks to the old sign people retiring. Going to be expensive thanks to the fuel costs, but they give coveted awards that brings a good 40,000 people to the event, with expendable money. (SO THEY SAY!) WIll keep everyone posted on it, but hoped someone had feedback... Thanks! ;D

We did pretty well at this show. Though there was a cheap@ss selling some of the same signs 2 doors down from us, and undercut the prices. (thouh he was suposed to be selling tee shirts ~NOT~ signs). He threw his signs on the ground, didn't bag them, and made all sorts of hand made signs (facing our direction) stating that he wouldn't be undercut and that he hadn't raised his price in 9 years. Though when you are dealing with this calaber of people, (there to bid a the Meecum auction) a dollar or 2 is NOT going to make as much difference as a professional appearance and about 5 times as much stock as the other guy had. ~WE~ were asked by the promoters to go to a premier show whereas he was bypassed. We did well enough that we'll do he show again, BUT we'll kindly request another space within the building.
